Walk With Your Health Coach
According to New York Times bestselling author and expert in Blue Zones (places in the world with the longest-lived people) Dan Buettner, the very best exercise you can do to support longevity is none other than walking. (No kidding!)
Walking can improve one's mood, sleep quality, and lower the risk of bone fractures. So this is why I am launching a local walking group! Twice a week we will go outside for 30-60 minutes and just walk. The time and location will be announced every Sunday on our social media channels. Stay tuned!
